Therapy for teens, families, and adults
RELATIONAL AND BEHAVIORAL BASED
My Approach
Collaborative. Empowering. Supportive.
Hi! I’m Kylie (she/her), and I am so glad that you are here! Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, and I hope that from the very beginning you feel welcomed and at ease.
I believe therapy works best when you feel truly understood. I aim to create a space where you can explore your experiences without judgment, gain insight into patterns that may be holding you back, and develop greater self-compassion. Our work together is collaborative and moves at a pace that fits you.
Therapy is not about fixing what’s wrong - because you aren’t broken. It’s about fostering understanding, growth, and resilience, creating a foundation to help you feel more grounded and connected in your day-to-day life. Whether you’re navigating stress, big life changes, or simply feeling stuck, you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here and ready to walk alongside you.
